Web-based Services Common Interest Group (WbS)
Created by the Heads of Public Services (HOPS) of the University of California Libraries in 2002, the Common Interest Group on Web-based Services identified and shared information on best practices and new technology in web design and patron web services in the UC libraries with the hope of building on successful efforts of all campuses.
As of October 2004 (see SOPAG minutes) the group was disbanded. In February 2008, the listserv was terminated.
