Conference Call
Great Progress!
Tasks done since the last conference call:
- Farb added laws, regulations, etc. to grid.
- Wilson added university and library policies to grid.
- Snow contributed survey of library and museum web policies, and a list of policy elements.
Next Steps/Tasks
- Context: Executive summary on legal and regulatory context to accompany list of laws and regulations. Suggest that libraries consult local campus implementation guidelines for records management policies 7 & 8. [FARB]
- Final pass on grid. [FARB, RYAN]
- Edit Snow's elements of a privacy policy to include only those we want to include in recommended policy. [COYLE]
- Revise deadlines: Add one more conference call and extend deadline by one month. [COYLE]
