Title: Upcoming DOC webinar on the SILS project: March 5 2-3pm
Dear colleagues,
Please join us for an update on the Systemwide ILS (SILS) project as we transition to phase 4, the implementation of the selected SILS.
Attend this webinar to learn what is involved in implementing the SILS and how each campus will participate. Learn how we will make decisions together about policies and practices to ensure a smooth transition to the new SILS. Members of the SILS Working Group along with the co-chairs of the SILS Shared Governance Task Force, Ginny Steel and Aislinn Sotelo will lead the update. Ginny and Aislinn will provide an overview of the shared governance structure for the coming phase. They will discuss how the project groups will interact and make decisions, and the options for how your campus can participate during the 18-month implementation period that culminates in “go-live” in summer 2021.
